Rates & Site Information
These are the rates and booking details guests usually ask about first. If you want help matching your rig, dates, or hookup needs to the right site, call before you reserve.
Nightly Rates
$55 per site, per night
Nightly stays are based on up to 4 people per site.
Additional guests
Over 4 people: +$5 per person, per night.
- There is no weekly rate.
- Holiday weekends require a 2-night minimum stay.
- Nightly pricing is based on 1 site with up to 4 guests.
Monthly Rates
Non-metered monthly
$890/month, including up to $100 in power usage. Any overage is added to the guest account.
Metered monthly
$790/month plus the actual power bill.
Security deposit
A $250 security deposit is required on monthly stays.
Refund policy
Monthly stays are not prorated and do not receive refunds after move-in.
Application & Background Checks
Monthly guests must complete an application before approval. Background screening applies to adults age 21 and older.
North Carolina residents
$25 per adult age 21+
Non-North Carolina residents
$50 per adult age 21+
Late Fees & Returned Checks
Late charge
$20 after 10 days past due.
Returned check fee
$35 for returned checks.
Storage Rates
Monthly storage
$75 per month
Daily storage
$2.50 per day
Reservation / Holiday Policy
- Holiday reservations are held with a 1-night deposit of $55.
- Holiday deposits are refunded only when you cancel at least 1 week before arrival.
- Monthly reservations are subject to application approval and site fit.
